The Concert Choir is a highly select, mixed-voice (SATB) ensemble of 32 singers specializing in the study, preparation and performance of the outstanding choral literature from all periods of musical history. It frequently performs major choral/orchestral works with various orchestras of the Southwest as well as the UNM Symphony Orchestra.

During the summer of 2007, they traveled outside the U.S. for the first time to participate in the International Lyric Academy in Viterbo, Italy. In 2007 they also released their first compact disc, "Fast Falls the Eventide".

During the Spring of 2010 the Concert Choir toured Colorado, which included the honor of being featured performers at the American Choral Directors Association (ACDA) convention in Denver.

Spring 2011 highlights included singing with the Santa Fe Symphony, touring Arizona, and singing the world premiere of René Clausen's Requiem under the baton of the composer.
